Happy Thanksgiving!

We woke on Thanksgiving morning to find that it had snowed through the night. Since it had been snowing since the previous night, we had quite an accumulation out there! It made for a very cozy morning while I baked, cooked and listened to football on TV.  Posted by Picasa

This is our street...yes, that's a street. I'm getting better at driving on snow and ice -- no breaking for yellow lights! Posted by Picasa

The snow is almost as high as our front stoop now...how long until we have to dig to find the front stoop?!? Posted by Picasa

The Alaska Aces

On November 19th, I went with a few friends from school to see the Alaska Aces play the Las Vegas Wranglers. It was a blast! The Aces have great fans up here in Anchorage. The turn out on a Saturday afternoon was pretty impressive! Posted by Picasa

The Henrys

Mary is one of my kindergarten teaching buddies at school. She and her husband, Mike, are big hockey fans! Posted by Picasa

Fight, fight, fight

The rule in the Junior League is that a fight between two players goes on until someone hits the ice! Posted by Picasa

Go Aces!
